Had a fantastic 5-night stay with a spacious room that came with a huge balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The spa is a real highlight, especially the sauna and the relaxing massages available. Just a heads up, the spa access after checkout could be clearer, but it didn’t dampen my overall enjoyment! 😊

the place was super comfy, loved the spa area, and it was nice chillin in the pool after a long day. the breakfast was delish with lots of options, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. oh, and there were these cute complimentary snacks in the afternoon, super nice touch!
the evening dining options were pretty limited and could use a bit more variety. also, the food prices felt a lil high compared to what we got.

The wellness area Acqua Bianca provides a lovely, clean, and relaxing atmosphere, which was perfect after long workdays. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. The complimentary snacks available between 16:00 and 18:00 were a nice touch returning from activities.
Dining options and staff service during meals were disappointing.

Spent a night in a lovely, spacious Superior Double Room. The cleanliness stood out immediately, giving a positive vibe. The wellness area, Acqua Bianca, felt cozy and offered a great relaxation spot after a day in the mountains. Breakfast had decent options, though I expected more local products like yogurt or cheese. We had dinner at the pub, which was where things started to dip. Ordered a lasagna and a hamburger. The lasagna tasted okay but felt overpriced at 14€. The hamburger's bun was hard and nearly inedible. Staff at the pub were very professional, making the experience better.

The evening dining options are quite limited, with a lack of variety on the menu. Many guests found the meal pricing on the high side compared to the quality, which didn't quite hit the mark for local flavors. The pool was reported as too cold for comfort, especially during the winter months—a disappointment for those seeking relaxation. the breakfast options lacked fresh fruit, leaving a gap that could have enhanced the morning experience. It's also worth noting that access to the spa and its facilities is somewhat restricted, which might not meet the expectations of those wanting a retreat until the last moment of their stay.
